On the 5th of April 2024, the ONCOSCREEN partner Institute of Communications and Computer Systems (ICCS), was invited to present at a conference organized by Kapa3, in the framework of the project E-Health4Cancer. The conference, entitled “Implementation of Digital Tools for Oncological Quality of Care – Barriers and Facilitators”, was held over one day and was a hybrid event, with the in-person component held in Thessaloniki, Greece.

Dr. Dimitra Dionysiou, Head of Health Technologies Department, I-SENSE Group, ICCS, presented on the participatory co-design process with patients in ONCOSCREEN and ONCODIR, two Horizon Europe projects that ICCS work on, to an interested audience. The presentation was entitled “Patients as co-creators of innovative technologies in R&I projects of Horizon Europe: the case of ONCOSCREEN and ONCODIR”.
