Brief Biography of Partner
CSIC is the 3rd largest public research organization in Europe. ICMAT is its institute of Mathematical Sciences, a centre with one of the largest numbers of European Research Council (ERC) grants in its field. Its DataLab holds numerous grants and research prizes and focuses on risk analysis, adversarial risk analysis and Bayesian machine learning and its applications.
Partner’s Role in ONCOSCREEN
The core activities of ICMAT-CSIC relate to a) the Health economics, Affordability & Cost-Effectiveness analysis of ONCOSCREEN solutions vs Standard of Care and b) the Innovative financial schemes public private partnership (3P) in colorectal cancer screening. The activities support the risk and decision models to be developed to facilitate adoption of the ONCOSCREEN solutions. More generally, ICMAT-CSIC will support the activities related with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
