Brief Biography of Partner
Innovation Sprint (iSPRINT) offers cutting-edge technology solutions to eHealth and life science business sectors, focusing on big data analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Real World Data. iSPRINT has a multidisciplinary team with expertise in IT solutions, Data Science, eHealth, and Clinical Research. It has more than twenty years of experience in the healthcare domain and a strong research background with more than 500 peer-reviewed publications and 35,000 research citations. The company’s main product, Healthentia, is an eClinical platform that supports pharma to save costs, while obtaining valuable insights during clinical studies to improve the design of drugs of higher efficacy. Healthentia captures clinical outcomes from mobile, medical and other devices, using a patient-centric application. It offers AI-driven smart services, such as deep behavioural phenotyping, in-silico trials, and virtual coaching.
iSPRINT is experienced in developing and running eClinical platforms for data collection, analysis, and understanding. Its strong point lies in the interface with patients via the mobile application. It allows both collecting data and feeding information back to patients: their data, knowledge from machine learning for prediction and clustering, and advice via a virtual coach.
Partner’s Role in ONCOSCREEN
iSPRINT is building ONCO-CAWA, the ONCOSCREEN personalised mobile application for self-assessment and monitoring for citizens, promoting public awareness of colorectal cancer screening. In the technical domain, iSPRINT is participating in the collection of end-user requirements for the architecture of the ONCOSCREEN platform, including data provision and data use. Non-technical tasks include assisting in the clinical trials and their assessment as well as dissemination activities, IPR management, and exploitation.
